This next gift is close to my heart. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years I am a firm believer in personal wellness. I believe in a balanced life combining exercise, daily mediation and a healthy diet. The Christmas Countdown

The holidays are fast approaching and while everyone is buzzing around shopping and of course eating!!
